Centerpieces
Suppplies: silver plastic bowls, fake fruit, purple tissue paper, fake ivy/garlands
from
Michaels and Crafts
2000. I lined the bowls with tissue to give the pieces height, and glued pieces
of fruit into place, filling in the gaps with ivy leaves separated from the
garland. Each bowl was surrounded by a small vine/ivy wreath (which came from
my friend Crystal's wedding).
Favors
We bought small, purple silk flowers in bulk, as well as some longer faux
grasses and wooden green "stakes" with green wire. Separating a
few flowers, we attached them to the stake (along with a few leaves of grass)
and wired the piece together, covering the wire with green florists' tape.
The staff of the club tucked a sprig into each napkin at the reception.
